Terms of Use, Returns, Exchanges and Cancellations

Digital purchase is for personal use only unless stated otherwise. Please do not copy or duplicate to sell. You may not sell, alter, or share files in any form.

For digital products, please note that we do not offer cancellations, refunds, returns, or exchanges. However, if you encounter any issues with your order or have questions, feel free to reach out to us for assistance.

Regarding physical products, we accept returns within 7 days from the date of purchase or receipt. To be eligible for a return or exchange, the paper product must remain in its original packaging and be in perfect condition without any damage. Customers are responsible for covering the return shipping costs.

Upon receiving the returned item, we conduct a thorough inspection to ensure it meets the specified conditions. If the product qualifies, we will proceed with the exchange. Replacement will be made with either the same product or a similar one of equal value. In the event that a similar product is unavailable, we will issue a store credit for future purchases.
